Please find guidance for authors wishing to submit Papers, Posters and Abstracts to IISW23.
Conference Paper, Poster and Abstract submissions
- Limit your paper to a maximum of 4 pages on A4 format with standard paper margin (min 2.5 cm each side)
- Please ensure that text used in figures and charts is of a readable font size
- Include a completed "Right to Publish" form (details below)
- Filenames start with your paper number as in the technical program, followed by your author number.
- So for a Paper: Rx.y_<authorname>.pdf
(for example R1.1_meynants.pdf) - For a poster: P<poster_numer>_<authorname>.pdf
(for example P01_meynants.pdf)
- So for a Paper: Rx.y_<authorname>.pdf
- Submit all documents in PDF format
- Posters should be portrait and printed in size A0
Abstracts and "camera-ready" manuscript via the CMT (Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit) deadline 7th April:
Once logged in, you will find a "create camera-ready submission" link where you can submit your paper.
Right to Publish
Together with your paper, please also submit a completed "IISW23 Right to Publish" form. You can download a copy below:
